Posted December 2nd, 2009 POD is currently seeking INTERNSHIPS in Architecture, Industrial Design and Public Relations / Marketing Internships at POD are very different from other offices as you are the primary designer for the projects. You are responsible for all of the drawings, presentations, models, experiments, tests, fabrications, and creativity to design, present and communicate the projects. You must be highly motivated, self-sufficient, think on your feet and be able to work quickly. Oh, and you must be fun! Currently we have Fridays set aside for experimentation with anything and everything we can think of and actually make stuff. We are a design and research laboratory exploring everything. Internships are three (3) months and professional internships (post graduate) are four (4) months. For Architecture/Industrial Design Internships, you must be in your 4th or 5th year of Undergraduate School or 2nd/3th year of Graduate School. Internship start/end dates are flexible and based on your schedule.
